Housekeeping

- Read the rules for this week's House Challenge: 4 way capture the flag!  The instructions are on the google classroom.

- Grade 8 Parents: a list of all high school open house events can be found here

- Bill Crothers S.S. has cancelled their open house tonight.  Stay tuned for a future date

English:

- Still waiting for a few EF graphs to be completed (this is also a math mark!).

- Short Story Contest through CBC (max 2500 words).  I would be very happy to help anyone who would like to submit a story.  Details found here

Math:

- The expectations for the fractions mini-unit are up on the google classroom.  Take a careful look at it and come see me if ANYTHING makes you begin to sweat profusely.  We haven't tackled a couple of the expectations, so hold tight on those.

-Fractions testing begins Thursday - anything that has been taught is fair game!

History:

- Grade 8: complete the page 9 of the census worksheets.  This is due next class.  DO NOT show up next Monday saying: "Ummmm...Mr. Le Moine....I didn't do it because I didn't understand the questions....".  You have one week to do this, so check it out tonight!

- TWITN for next week: Emily, Ava L., Ava H., Paige, and Camilo

French:

- Start planning with your group for how you wish to present your part of the film: "M'en revenant..."   Remember,  the backdrop must be circa 1750.   Your parts are listed on google class

-Listen and sing along to "Terry Fox".  Practise reading the Terry Fox words

Science:

- science words due tomorrow (grade 7)

Health/Phys-Ed:

- Finish the grid picture (the outline of the picture)

DRAMA

- Finish writing monologue (for next day 5)
