- Bring SSR book!

Math:

- Part 2 of the test will be tomorrow.  The walkabout questions are posted in the GC.

- Part 1 of the math test came back this afternoon.  Please sign it and have your child hand it in tomorrow.  If your child needs to redo it, I have included a blank copy of the test as well as the answers so they can re-work the questions. 

Geography:

- grade 8 workbook activity 2 due Tuesday

- grade 8: make a list of 8 settlement factors in your notes.  E.g. "weather" affects where people decide to live.  Find 7 more!  Due Tuesday


French:

-  Bring headphones or ear buds

- 

Science:

- grade 8 test on Tuesday. 

Health/Phys-Ed:

- Practice reading your PSA aloud.  Time it to ensure it is under 20 seconds.  Finally, make sure you add a call to action. 

- Beep test next class!

Housekeeping : Man, I miss you guys!  Tomorrow, I will be sending a message to all parents via EDSBY which will include my office hours, how I will be teaching, and means of communicating with me.  Parents: through repeated efforts, I (with the help of some parents) discovered that when I send a group message via EDSBY, it's a one-way street; there is no way for parents to respond (kind of like a blog post).  As such, I will save Board-related messages for EDSBY, and daily work will be posted here on the blog.  You can always email me at marc.lemoine@yrdsb.ca any questions, and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.   KUDOS:  To everyone who respects social distancing QOTD:  "This should be over by March Break..."
