Housekeeping

- Grade 8: Pink Registration/Transfer form due Friday, January 24th.  If your child has lost theirs, you can pick one up at Aurora High or G.W. Williams.

- White button up shirt for the graduation photos on January 29th.

English:

- Sign book talk rubrics; due Thursday.

- Review the context and commentary lesson, found here

- Seedfolks Vocabulary work due Thursday at midnight


- Seedfolks: complete the assignment on the GC called: "Let's Meet the Author".   This will also involve a short video interview with the author.  Due: Monday night at midnight.

- 3rd reading response is due next Thursday at Midnight.  The new template is posted on the GC.  You may NOT do the book talk book for this one.  It has to be for the NEW book you are currently reading.  PARENTS/GUARDIANS: make sure your child is reading at least 20-30 minutes every night!   I will be the heavy and say they need to cut down on screen time!

-  Grade 7/8: 5.2 in the textbook and the first page of the notebook

- Grade 8: Residential Schools Vocab work is due Wednesday morning (it's on the GC)

- Grade 7:

- Grade 8: Canadian Citizenship Test Practice here or here or even here.  You will be tested on the first one from the list (20 questions).  


French:



Science:

-  Experiment grade 7 and 8 due Thursday (viscosity, density, and solutions)

Health/Phys-Ed:

- Practice reading your PSA aloud.  Time it to ensure it is under 20 seconds.  Finally, make sure you add a call to action. 

Art

- Be done the trading card in three weeks.


MUSIC


DRAMA

- Present drama scripts this Friday.  Make sure it's memorized!
