Housekeeping

- Grade 8 Parents: a list of all high school open house events can be found here

-  Mr. Roberts and Ms. Grey came from AHS to help our grade 8s with course selection.  The following link will take you to a doc with images representing the information that was shared with the class



KUDOS:
- MacKenna and Kyle for helping with the jr volleyball tryouts.  As well, kudos to Emma, Rosa, Nika, Charlotte, and Rumaisa for decorating the boxes for Holiday Heroes.

- Finally, kudos to Sky for beating Mr. Le Moine in a 3 point bball challenge.  It was a slaughter.

English:

- Grade 7: Read at least 30 minutes


- Grade 8: Read at least 30 minutes

Math:
- Sign the SK for the new Measurement Unit (by Friday) 

- Grade 8 math tests came home today.  Please sign them.


- Grade 7 + 8: 5 worksheets are due Friday (we will be taking them up in class on Friday)

History:

- History test came home.  Please sign it and return it with your child to Mr. Le Moine

French:
- Re-test for anyone wanting a re-test for french avoir quiz

Health/Phys-Ed:

- We are moving one step closer to our 12 minute run - we're now running for 7 minutes! Some kids are struggling with this and need to be more active outside of school.  Feel free to say the following a la 1970s style: "Mr. Le Moine said I need to kick you off the couch and get you outside until the lights come on."
